Little Caesars

For being a "hot & ready" pizza chain, nothing was hot or ready. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my pepperoni pizza to be cooked & got home to find out it was only cheese. Rude workers as well.

There's always an issue when coming here.. either CC reader doesn't work, drive through closed, building closed during normal business hours, cold pizzas, employees seen hanging out eating pizzas in back, always a 15+++ minute wait and terrible customer service. This Little Caesars seems like it's just ran by a bunch of teenage kids with no customer service training.

Extra Most bestest is the Beast pizza in the whole wide world.

Place sucks... Never been to a shittier little Caesar's like the one in Riverton! Pizza is never ready... Always have loud music, guys dancing outside. While I waited forever

Worker had her kid and boyfriend in store, she was working alone oder was wrong and she was kinda rude so we just took what we had and paid and left not happy .

I thought the hot and ready was (hot and ready)

About 10 min wait, they were super busy. Good pizza with a Great price. For only two people working great service.☺

Decent pizza as long as you order pepperoni or cheese. Seems like the people that work there have trouble making any other kind of pizza.

Little Caesars here in Riverton, WY tried to charge me $29 for one pizza. That's ridiculous, either the people working there don't know what they're doing, or something is going on behind the scenes and that's not good for business. Anywho, I think $29 is way too much for a pizza. Who's with me on this!

My experience was terrible! I've been here for 20 minutes for two cheese pizzas. I asked for a spice pack and the response was "I don't know where it is." And last but not least the music is loud and inappropriate. Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon!

Here's the trouble.... a hot and ready 6.99. Call ahead and have 1 more topping its 10.50 even though toppings are 1.50 because and I quote "well we have to cook it" uh.....you dont cook em all? And they were cold near the center. Get dominos

Very slow. Never have deep dish hot.n ready. Always have to call in to order deep dish and takes them 20 mins just to make one. Pizza is never cooked right. Always undercooked.

Tried for two days to get the new stuffed crust deep dish. Had to eventually leave last night, may or may not get one today. There doesn't appear to be any sort of leadership for the crew here. The order taking system was down, but even though credit cards were working and the could open the cash drawer, they wouldn't take any more orders because the guy didn't want to do math, as he explained to a lady who came in after me.

Fast service. Clean store. Friendly employees. Just the parking sucks with one entrance being the exit also

Hoping my mom and I don’t get freaking food poisoning. We got the pizza, and it was very unsightly. We ate it anyway, and it tasted awful. Not wanting to waste it, we tore peices off the pizza and tried to feed it to the stray cat that hangs around. Even he didn’t want it. However the breadsticks were fine.

I ordered my food at 5:58 my receipt says and I just now got my food at 6:21... they had nothing ready.. the girl at the front says she doesn't know if it's corporately owned or privately owned because she's brand-new that's only her second day and had to ask the guy in front of me and myself what we ordered and then proceeded to argue with me that I ordered crazy bread instead of cheesy bread.. she did not wash her hands after she got done ring and people up and taking their money and then going back to the bread machine and touching the bread dough as she's putting it into the roller and taking it out.. the best part of it is myself and two other customers heard the F-bomb 17 different times in 3 minutes - mind you I was standing at the farthest point in the corner by the pop cooler

I went to pick up a “Hot and Ready” pizza after 12 hours of work. There wasn’t anyone working the front counter and I repeatedly yelled “hello” to the back. No one came out after 5 minutes of waiting. So, I pulled around to the back and saw the employees smoking and hanging out with their friends behind the store. Then I drove to dominos and they took great care of me and it only took a few minutes to get truly fresh pizza. I won’t be going back to little caesars.

Placed my order online at 5:00 said my order would be ready at 5:37. Showed up at 5:58 and was told it would be another 15 minutes to bake a damn pizza and some crazy bread. What's even funnier was they weren't even busy. What a joke.

Several visits and moving to 2 stars from 4 as repeat mistakes and don't seem to care to correct them.

Nasty and takes FOREVER! The staff have so much dirt under their nails you can physically see it. They have no gloves on and obviously don't care much for hygene. Wait in the drive through for 30-45 minutes. Hot and Ready my ass. No discounts or coupons for the wait. Absolutly inconsiderate. The health department needs to visit this dumpster of a buisness.

Can't complete the food in time on the schedule they set, employees are rude, and they get your order wrong. Employees will actually argue with the customer even when the customer has proof they're wrong.

Slow service, counter personal should learn to be nice to customers.

Terrible customer service!! Worst Little Caesars ever! No one is ever at the drive through, and even if you are they look at you and are ignored.

Had to wait 45 minutes for a crappy hot n ready pizza that I had called ahead for. 4 inches of crust with little cheese n pepperoni in the middle and this was their Bestest mostest pizza. Won't be going back any time soon.

Can get chaotic in the back of the store, apologies to the people whom have had orders screwed up, tbh love the pizza here @littleCaesars. Oven doesn't always cook properly constantly adjusting it's internal temperature. Employees need more training! Easy to get lost when there's 30 orders @once. On average it should take 5min per regular pizza cooking all the way through, maybe 10 minutes, if it's a 3 topping or more. Stuffed crust is really great, depending on whose working, able to suit each customer, this is a food business so the customer can ask for anything. Sad that people get so offended over simple things. Can be high anxiety in the small lobby, recommendations to the extra-most-bestest-stuffed-crust, (make sure you have 10min to wait if ones not ready) most deep dish n specialty pizzas are ready from 4-8 ordering them before that may take 15min. This is personal opinion on this riverton store, there's only so much people can do.#weallhuman #mistakeshappen

Really? Waited 15 minutes for "hot and ready" pizza with under cooked dough. I ordered ONE, they charged me 2 and gave me 2 under cooked pizzas. Rude staff. Never again will I eat another Little Caesars Pizza.

Pizza was already ready and good but the size of the lobby is a little small.
